Retention Periods (Summary): • Active account data (profile, call logs, settings): kept while your account is active and until you request deletion. • Call recordings and transcripts: retained based on your subscription plan and configuration, typically 30-90 days unless you choose longer retention. • Deleted account data (soft delete): when you request deletion, your account is soft-deleted and kept in a recoverable state for 90 days. • Masked/anonymized data: after 90 days, direct identifiers are removed or replaced and data may be kept in anonymized form for up to 5 years for security, analytics, and legal purposes. • Payment and transaction records: kept for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. • Audit logs and security records: kept for up to 5 years, unless a longer period is required in the context of an investigation or legal claim. b. Deletion and Masking Process: When you request deletion of your account, we apply a staged process. Soft delete (0-90 days): your account is deactivated and hidden from normal use. Masking/anonymization (after 90 days): we remove or replace direct identifiers while retaining only aggregate or anonymized information. Final deletion (after up to 5 years): anonymized data that is no longer needed is permanently removed.
